THE VISION
The vision for BLUE GNOCCHI came alive from my passion for cooking and hosting friends, developed into a concept of ITALIAN PRIVATE DINING.
​
BLUE GNOCCHI itself refers to "gnocchi in a blue creamy cheese sauce", which is one of my favourite dishes.
​
Having left my hometown in Turin (north of Italy) to pursue my dream of living abroad, I found myself cooking familiar dishes as a way to reconnect to my roots.
By starting BLUE GNOCCHI, I want to share authentic Italian cuisine, an ode to generations of women who saw cooking as a way to bring the family together around a table at the end of a long day.

THE CUISINE
At BLUE GNOCCHI we specialise in cuisine from Northern Italian, specifically from Piedmond.

This is the region of truffles, chocolate, wine, pasta... all the good and hearty foods really!
THE LOCATION
The dinner is regularly set in the living of Chiara's apartment, with an amazing view of Singapore skyline.
